1. How long is the production time for GRAPHICOTE color coated glass?

Ans: The standard production time takes 7 – 10 working days for supply and installation. For labor only orders, the production period is 3 – 5 working days. This will also depend on the quantity of items ordered.
[ Note: If tempering is required, it will take 10 – 14 working days depending on your glass requirements.]

2. Can I provide my own glass?

Ans: YES, for “Labor Only” orders. The customers can provide their own glass but we will not be liable for any damages that might occur during processing.

3. What is the standard thickness of glass? And what is the maximum size of glass for Graphicote?

Ans: The usual thickness for GRAPHICOTE is 6.0mm (1/4”), although other thicknesses are available depending on application. We can apply GRAPHICOTE up to a size of 120” x 96” or 3.0 M x 2.40 M depending on finish. However, color will vary depending on the thickness of the glass

4. If I have my own contractor or installer for my glass, what are the types of adhesives that I can use?

Ans: We suggest the use of any neutral clear non-acetic silicone sealants. If required, we also recommend 3M VHB double adhesives tapes.

5. I have my own color, can you copy this color?

Ans: Yes we can color match close to any color.

6. What is your guarantee for “GRAPHICOTE” glass coats?

Ans: Our limited warranty is 10 years [For interior applications against delamination and severe discoloration.]. However, for exterior application warranty is given as a case to case basis.

7. Can we use Sensa Deco for shower enclosures?

Ans: Yes, you can use Sensa Deco for shower enclosure however we recommend that the textured side should be facing on exterior and we highly recommend that it be tempered.

8. What is the production time for Sensa Deco Glass?

Ans: The production time will take 5 – 7 working days.
